The lotus is a flower that grows in the mud. The thicker and deeper the mud, the more beautiful the lotus blooms. (This is expressed in the Buddhist Chant: Nam Nyoho renge kyo.) from the movie, "What's Love Got to Do With It?"
Happy New Year 2015!
"Let everything that has breath praise the Lord." Psalms 150:6
While we may have our minds on what 2015 will bring, let us pause for a moment and express gratitude for what we have and the blessings bestowed upon us in the past year....sing it, dance it, yell it....if you are breathing, just express it.
I am grateful for a deeper relationship with the Spirit/Power/God that dwells within me. Last year, the message that came for me was "Be Still". Wow, what insights/revelations that emerged from the experience. I am so grateful!
My new year's resolution for 2015 was to "do" better. What I realized is that I am only making empty promises if I bring the same issues to this new year. As a result, I decided to forgive myself; first, I forgive myself for the places I hid and all the "baggage" I held for so long. I decided to let go. I forgive me.
Welcome to Lotus of Life Coaching! My mission is to BE with others as they travel this path called Life to the core of their BE-ING. I will walk (coach) with you as you work within yourself. Who are You? What Do You Want?
What is Life Coaching? The Coaches Training Institute says it best; "A process to help people become skilled at choosing and creating what they truly want, and living wildly rich and satisfying lives as a result. You are naturally creative, resourceful and whole; you do not need fixing."
